Job description• Maintaining and organizing list of potential leads.• Outcall them and convince them for site visits in coordination with the sales team• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow- up and outbound cold calls & emails• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved• Provide project details to potential customers over the phone and via email. Handle all queries in a professional and courteous manner• To be diligent in following up with customers and to always stay updated with the product knowledge• Establish and maintain relationship with clients and retrieve the required information from them• Supporting marketing activities through emails/calls• Meeting the internal targets and goals assigned within the team• Prepare and maintain MIS reportsRequired Candidate profile  • Must have experience of min 0 to 2 years with a reputed real estate firm• Excellent written and spoken communication skills• Experience of working on Telephony or any other CRM software• Confident negotiator with good convincing skills• Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)• Proven track of successful site walk- ins generationPerks and BenefitsSales incentives
